Robert Coulter

Robert Coulter was controller of BBC Scotland from 1973 to 1975.

Coulter, who came from Troon, had spent a large part of his career with the BBC in Northern Ireland, with two years' secondment as Director of Uganda Television.[1]

In 1969, Coulter replaced Mr Miller as Head of Programmes.

Controller, BBC Scotland

He retired in early 1976.
