Harry Hoggan was a radio producer at BBC Scotland.

From at least the mid-1930s, Hoggan worked as an Assistant in the Schools department, which was based in the Edinburgh annex at 9 York Place.

On 1 June 1953, Hoggan became Talks Producer, Edinburgh, in place of John Russell who had resigned.

In 1961, then as Aberdeen Representative, Hoggan ran the local radio broadcasting experiment in Dundee, which took place on 24 August of that year.
